The rooms they offer were reasonably priced and recently refurbished with comfortable beds and fire alarm, as for instance. There were a microwave oven and an electric kettle upon arrival. The hotel was placed in the very central location next time please give us a better view LOL "Riverside.

The view outstanding
Breakfast - run out of various things all three breakfasts, a bit chaotic as not enough staff around to help one another sort out the problems that occurred.

What I liked about the hotel was the suite suited our family requirements, and the hotel is central.
This hotel seems to have alot of party's, the noise levels were totally ridiculous, we travelled with 18 month twins and needed to get away, they could not sleep the music blaring, windows rattling, the TV on maximum and we could not even hear each other talking, the management on duty did not respond to two calls, they could not respond as a result of not hearing me... until I personally went down to complain, the party continued....we could not even use the pool as it seemed to be a hired event....there is a lack of service for room service. The day we left the lights in the bathroom went out, (no fault of anyone in particular)...but really...we did not even bother calling to have it replaced. Their own staff complained about the noise.... Rather annoyed....Our week-end getaway was not a great experience!

A la Carte menu was good and food delicious. Room was 4star quality and lovely furninshings. Staff at reception was quick and efficient, as this was a busy time of the year.
Hot food cold at every breakfast. Cheesecake from kitchen (not available in display) was warm. Pool area waitron service poor. Really takes an effort to draw a waitron's attention. Tv remote did not work. Tv, mirror and bath was not clean. Noise from air conditioning units at restaurant/pool area very disturbing.
